Shameel Instruments is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for five full years. Any instrument which proves defective when used for its intended purpose will be repaired or replaced at no charge, at the sole discretion of Shameel Instruments. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, either expressed or implied.

In no event shall seller be liable to buyer, or any successors of buyer, for any claim for lost opportunity, loss of goodwill, or consequential or incidental damages of any kind for any amount in excess of the price of the product. Seller agrees to replace or to issue credit at seller’s sole option any product determined to be defective in materials or workmanship. Seller shall not be responsible for the cost of labor or charges of any kind incurred due to product defect. Your rights under this warranty may vary from state to state and country to country. Refurbishment of Shameel instrumentation by any other resource will void the instrument warranty.

Shameel’s V.I.P Instrument Sterilization Trays:- Shameel’s V.I.P instrument sterilization trays are warranted for 12 months against defects in material or workmanship.

Needle Holders:- The use of suture needles larger than those recommended may result in damage and invalidate your warranty. Please see the Shameel Instruments website (Instrument Care) Section for recommendations regarding the use of suture needles with Shameel instrumentation.

Titanium Instrumentation:- Different shades of blue may be found within the extensive line of anodized Shameel titanium instrumentation. This is not a defect, but a phenomenon which occurs due to slight variations of manufacture technique or alloy composition. This is a cosmetic characteristic only and does not compromise the high quality of your Shameel titanium instrumentation.

Scissors:- Do not cut suture, gauze, or wire with scissors unless it was designed to cut those materials. All Shameel Super Cut & Ultra Sharp scissors must be returned to Shameel Instruments for complete refurbishment and sharpening in order to maintain the unique cutting edge.

Shameel’s Premier Scissors:- Sharpness of Shameel’s Premier Scissors is guaranteed for 12 months. If needed, resharpening will be performed at no charge during the 12 month period.

Bulldog Clamp:- Warranty for materials and workmanship will be one year. All sales are considered FIRM SALE.

Surgical Sets :- These sets are arranged according to its requirements and contains premium quality instruments which is used in specific procedures. These sterilization cases are rustless and made with premium quality material.

Hooks & Probes:- A tips of the probes and hooks is guaranteed for 12 months.

Aspirating Syringe:- These syringe’s material is guaranteed to be free from defects for full five years.

Shameel’s Speculums:- Shameel’s speculums are guaranteed for 12 months and guaranteed to be free from defects in material.
